KINGS CROSS, Sydney, NSW, Australia – Two men, aged 27 and 28, have been arrested and charged over the early morning stabbing of a man in Potts Point, in the Kings Cross area of Sydney on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to Orwell Street, Potts Point, and found a 27-year-old man with slash wounds to his back, face, shoulders and arms, around 3.30am Sunday morning.
The man was treated at the scene before being taken to St Vincent’s Hospital where he underwent surgery.
Detectives from Kings Cross a 27-year-old man East Hills in connection with the stabbing on Momnday.
He was taken to Bankstown Police Station where he was charged. He was refused bail and ordered to appear in Bankstown Local Court on Tuesday.
A second man, aged 28, attended Kings Cross Police Station about 5.40pm on Monday where he was interviewed and later charged.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear at the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday 13 November 2018.
