Water restrictions throughout Lithgow LGA raised to Level 3

Lithgow City Council has increased the Level of water Restrictions from level 1 to Level 3.
The restrictions are in force throughout the Local Government area including Wallerawang & Portland and the Villages of Rydal, Cullen Bullen, Lidsdale, Glen Davis and Marrangaroo.
The restrictions mean private garden watering, and topping up of swimming pools, can only be done during summer between 6am to 8am, and between 5pm and 7pm. Washing paths, roof areas, and cars can only be done with buckets and trigger hoses,
Only Bore water or tank water can be used to fill swimming pools
