Registrations open for 95-lot subdivision in Kelso

Mar 15, 2019

BATHURST, Central West, NSW, Australia – The first stage of the new residential land development in the Bathurst suburb of Kelso has been launched and will be available by public ballot.

Registrations opened at 9.00am on Friday (15 March 2019).

The new estate located in Kelso off Limekilns Road has been named Sunnybright Estate and is a 95-lot subdivision.

The lots are sized from 550 square metres to 1,740m square metres and are priced from $140,000 to $255,000.

The lots will be sold by ballot and the draw will take place on Friday, 12 April at 10.00am at the Bathuerst Council Chambers.

“The land development program generates revenue which is used to fund projects, services and facilities that greatly benefit the entire community,” Bathurst Mayor Graeme Hanger said Friday.

Under the ballot system, the names of people who register will be randomly drawn. They can then select a block of their choice.

Council’s last land release was the Eglinton 100 development in 2016, a 59-lot subdivision.
