Design and EA commissioned for Cullen Bullen sewerage scheme

LITHGOW, Central West, NSW Australia – Lithgow City Council will begin field work on Monday to put together the conceptual design and Environmental Assessment for the Cullen Bullen sewerage scheme.
Council has appointed consultancy firm GHD to do the study.
Council and GHD representatives will be in the area collecting data for the Environmental Assessment, and to determine the best solutions required to service the village.
The concept design will provide proposed alignments for the reticulation network and preferential treatment systems to be used. Council plans to present the concept design to a Public Meeting of the residents of Cullen Bullen sometime next month.
